What is your background in your working life?

Worked as Support Staff at local college for 12 years prior to NSA, within the Engineering Department and Quality Department – dealing with Students from entering their lower-level course up to Degree level and supporting lecturing staff in their roles.

Quality role was working with the various Schools within the College to ensure the standard met with HM Inspectors on behalf of the Scottish Funding Council.
